DETECH Group entered real estate market in early 2000s through the establishment of Investment and Project Development Center to develop real estate projects in Hanoi, Ha Nam, Thai Nguyen Province…. After 5 years of operation, this Center was transformed into a joint-stock company named DETECH Land. The company officially commenced operation on February 14, 2008. 

Over the course of 15 years, the company has successfully executed tens of new urban area projects in Hanoi, Ha Nam, Thai Nguyen, Bac Giang, and is currently expanding to other regions. The company aims to create prosperous residential communities through real estate products that offer sustainable residential and investment value, which are harmoniously planned and developed in alignment with local communities.
